Visits to the bench at 12/F Elite Centre are by arrangement so that someone is available to receive you. Please write ahead with the part or service you would like to discuss.
What to include in a message
A useful message names the tank volume, the dosing schedule in use, the controller or pump model family and what the hardware is doing wrong. Photographs of the housing and of any label on the part reduce the time needed to match a replacement. If the question concerns a test result, tell us which kit was used, how old the reagent is and the reading you obtained. If the question concerns a probe, tell us how the probe has been stored and when it was last calibrated. None of this is compulsory, but a complete message usually receives a complete answer on the first reply.
For restock enquiries, a list of what the bench consumed over the last quarter is more valuable than a list of what seems to be missing today, because the pattern over a quarter shows which lines are actually being used. If no list exists, describe the routine visits or the weekly maintenance tasks and we will help build one during the sitting.

Do you ship outside Hong Kong
Yes, where the destination permits the shipment of these goods. Reef hardware includes liquids in some lines, and a small number of jurisdictions restrict or tax them, so we confirm the destination and the contents of the parcel before quoting postage. If a line cannot travel to your country we will say so and suggest an alternative from the range where one exists.
Can you help me choose the right part
That is a large part of what the bench is for. Send the model family and a photograph, and we will match the part against it. Where the fault is ambiguous we will say what other possibilities exist rather than guessing. We would rather ask one more question than ship a part that does not solve the problem.
What if an item arrives damaged
Email request@cccomponents.lol with the order reference and a photograph of the parcel and contents. We treat transit damage as our problem to solve and will arrange a replacement or a refund according to the circumstances.
